A month long celebration of food and wine from near and far at restaurants across Chicagoland. It’s a great chance to see some of Chicago’s great culinary talents like Chef Dirk Flanigan (The Gage, Henri) team up with chefs from NATO represented countries and create a few memorable dishes. The event is in collaboration with the upcoming 2012 Chicago NATO Summit.
